RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Gift N Gadget-etc requires a Return Authorization (RA) for all returns or refund will not be made.
You must request refund or exchange within twenty (20) calendar days from the delivery date (not including major Federal Holidays).
A refund or exchange will not be granted beyond above mentioned time period.
Return(s) and exchange(s) must be in new and original factory condition. They must not be used or altered and include original package.
We thoroughly examined every product for any defect or damage before we ship. However, in the event that the product(s) are found defective, broken or you are unsatisfied with the product(s), we will gladly exchange or refund.
If merchandise arrives broken, please let us know immediately.
Please refer to the following guideline:
- Clearance items are final and do not qualify for exchange, return or refund (unless damaged or broken).
- Refused package(s) will be credited the total amount less 15% restocking fee less shipping cost (Our actual cost of shipping if item shipped for free).
- Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee less shipping cost (Our actual cost of shipping if item shipped for free).
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective.
How to request a Refund or Exchange
You may request a Return Authorization (RA) by signing into your account and select support ticket.
Our manager will send you a RA number and you will be notified WHERE to return the item.
Please ship returns within three business days of the issuance of the RA. Include the original invoice/packing slip with RA number on it.
We will issue your refund after Gift N Gadget-etc has examined the returned item. This process may take up to four (4) business days.
